About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Director to lead and expand our clients commercial strategy. You will oversee the sales team, drive new business, build strategic client relationships, and shape long-term growth plans. This senior role combines leadership, market development, and hands-on sales strategy across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
* Identify and develop new markets, clients, and partnerships.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Oversee forecasting, sales reporting, and performance analysis.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Skills & Requirements
* Extensive experience in sales leadership, ideally 5+ years in packaging or related B2B industries.
* Proven track record of achieving growth targets and managing teams.
* Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
* Results-driven, proactive, and capable of making high-level commercial decisions.
* Full UK driving licence for client visits as required.
