Our client is a globally recognised law firm who are currently recruiting for a NQ-4 PQE Property Damage solicitor to join their Manchester office on a hybrid working basis.
Your new role
This Property Damage solicitor role will see you:
1. Manage a caseload of property damage claims, including fire, flood, escape of water, subsidence and impact damage
2. Handle policy coverage and product liability matters
3. Assist senior lawyers onplex, high-value matters
4. Draft pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
5. Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
6. Provide clear,mercial legal advice to clients
7. Maintain accurate case records and adhere to client SLAs
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor with 0–4 years PQE with previous experience in insurance litigation. Previous property damage experience is beneficial. Applicants must have strong drafting, analytical andmunication skills.
