The Customer Support position is responsible for offering world class customer service to all customers. This role requires someone who is motivated, experienced and dynamic. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results. The Partner Support Specialist will perform calm under pressure while meeting customers needs, have an eye for details and excellent follow up. Responsibilities Primary function includes but is not limited to providing excellent customer service, corresponding by telephone and email Handling sales orders/ returns for our UK and European customers using our online store and email Assisting our customers with order/delivery discrepancies conducting a full investigation to a satisfactory resolution Payment processing, account reconciliation, sending regular statements and relaying information on account balances. Chasing overdue accounts Other duties include new partner account processing Special projects as assigned by manager Required Qualifications Excellent customer service, including written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills Standard computer skills required with functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products Ability to work independently, and function within a team environment Ability to understand how to use multiple internet-based systems/platforms Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent follow up skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP and Salesforce Experience in the Consumer Electronics industry Experience of export processes including application for CoO and supporting documentation.
