Overview

We are seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals to join as Customer Service Delivery Representatives in the Inverness Area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent our brand and provide excellent service to vehicle rental customers.

This is a temporary position starting immediately until October, with potential for extension to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. Flexibility with shifts across seven days a week between 7am-10pm is required.

The hourly pay rate for this temporary role is £14.41. If extended to a permanent position, the pay will be £12.41 per hour.

The contracted hours are 45 per week, with flexibility in working days and times.

Responsibilities

* Greet customers warmly, assist with the rental process from start to finish
* Provide information on vehicle options, rental rates, and additional services like insurance and GPS
* Process rental agreements accurately, ensuring all documentation is completed and signed
* Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals, noting damages and explaining return procedures
* Deliver and collect vehicles across the region
* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
* Follow company policies on vehicle maintenance, safety, and security, complying with regulations

Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
* Experience in customer service or retail preferred
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
