We’re looking to offer a salary of £30,000 – £34,000 per annum plus associated shift premium. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Manage stock integrity and ensure compliance with contractual KPIs
* Coordinate cycle counting and analyse data to identify trends and corrective actions
* Lead and develop a team of administrators to deliver efficient stock processes
* Maintain Warehouse Management Systems and ensure customer requirements are met
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support system projects
* Ensure health & safety compliance and promote a positive team culture
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience in stock management within a warehouse environment
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
* Financial awareness in relation to stock control
