Our client, one of the UK's largestthe largest Property Services contractors in the UKis seeking an experienced Contracts Manager Decarbonisation & Retrofitting to oversee retrofit and low-carbon upgrade projects across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national leader in property services and drive sustainability and performance on retrofit programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage retrofit projects (insulation, low-carbon heating, ventilation, etc.)
* Ensure compliance with PAS2030/2035, ECO funding, and building regulations.
* Lead teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, safe, and on-budget outcomes.
* Drive energy-saving innovation in domestic and commercial properties.
* Work closely with clients and residents to ensure exceptional service delivery.
What Youll Need:
1. 5+ years in retrofit, energy efficiency, or construction project management.
2. Solid understanding of PAS standards, ECO schemes, and decarbonisation methods.
3. SMSTS, IOSH Managing Safely, CSCS Managers Card.
4. Excellent communication and commercial awareness.
5. Desirable: Retrofit Coordinator/Assessor qualification.
