You will be taking over a financially rewarding caseload of Wills, Trust & Probate matters and subject to experience, this role can also incorporate Department leadership and attending networking events. We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive, for succession planning to take over a caseload of private client work to include: Wills Probate Trusts Tax and Estate Planning LPAs You will have the experience to manage your own caseload, and have an ambitious, motivated and commercial attitude, ready to take the next step in your career.
