Responsibilities * Detailed design drawings with a specialisation in mechanical system design. * Preparing technical specifications and schedules and design development reports. * Taking projects through from inception to completion and handover. * Undertaking survey work. * Production of feasibility reports. * Attend site progress meetings and review installations * Working closely with other team members. * Liaising closely with other professionals, including structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors of in-house and external project teams * Taking responsibility for your workload and projects Experience and Skills Required * You will ideally hold a degree in mechanical or building services engineering * Minimum of 2 years’ experience of design in building services, post qualification completion * Knowledge of Mechanical systems design * A d...
