At PwC, our people in information technology operations focus on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.
Those in IT support at PwC will focus on providing front-line technical assistance and troubleshooting to facilitate smooth functioning of computer systems software and hardware. Working in this area, you will be responsible for providing support to internal and external clients to address and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner through a variety of mediums/channels. The guidance will help to resolve technical issues and maintain efficient IT operations at the L2 up to L4 support levels.
As a part of PwC’s ServiceNow Product Management team, this role is responsible for drivingdesign and developmenton ServiceNow platforms managed by ITSCo. Solution Designers align business requirementswith baselinecapabilities to deliver ServiceNow-based solution s. This role will have broad focus on anyproduct capability PwC isentitled to use. Working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers,and stakeholders, thisrole will deliver innovative and high-quality solution s.Main Responsibilities:As a part of PwC’s ServiceNow Product Management team, this role is responsible for:

* Demonstrates abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader
* Product knowledge for all capabilities within the desired ServiceNow product(s) includingGRC, ITSM, ITOM,
* SecOps, IRM, BCM, HRSD, core platform
* Understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
* Exhibiting senior level communications and senior leader engagement experience,negotiation skills, and the
* ability to communicate with impact and confidence.
* Resolving conflicts constructively
* Product management and solution design expertise and experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as product feature demonstrationskills
* Experience with processes: demand management, agile delivery, business processconsulting
* Business acumen and understanding of a global network of firms operating model
* Preference for fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Software development life cycle, project delivery, and agile development experience
* Business process design experience a plus
Desired Certifications:● ITIL Foundations Certification● ServiceNow Certification(s): Implementation specialist, system administratorCV sifting criteria:● 6+ year of experience
* Understand the importance of have a correct information management
* Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
