The agency
This full service events and comms agency work with well known global brands, in a wide range of sectors, to deliver large scale events and experiences. From large scale congresses for 1000's to stand alone meetings for 500 delegates, with logistically complex elements they work worldwide in some fantastic destinations.
The role
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Event Project Coordinator join their event operation team and be responsible for supporting the entire project from initial concept to on-site event delivery. This could be event registration, sending out delegate invites, supporting with supplier management, venue finding and on-site event support! With a wide variety of events, a blend of clients and destinations across the globe this role is super fast paced where no two days are the same!
About you
Ideally we are looking for a decent grounding working in an events agency with exposure to corporate events and pre-event planning as well as some on-site work. You will be highly organised, have excellent administration and project management skills and be keen to work on events on an international scale as travel will be involved. Experience with Cvent or other delegate management software highly advantageous. Amazing career opportunity!
