Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership is delivered inpartnership between Turning Point, Framework and Double Impact. The partnershipcombines Turning Points national experience as an outstanding substance useprovider together with Double Impacts specialism in lived experience andrecovery and Frameworks expertise supporting service users with complexissues.

As a Quality & Governance Manager we offer a startingsalary of £34,125 rising each year in line with our pay progression salarybands, rising to £39,921 per year. (Dependent on experience you may be offereda starting salary above the initial starting salary).

Main duties of the job
You will lead on ensuring thatthe service complies with all aspects of organisational governance and drivecontinuous improvement in the quality of services delivered to ensure a highquality and high performing service.
You will lead incident reviewprocess across the service including co-ordinating and authoring seriousincident review reports and coroners reports.You will also lead and co-ordinate all audit activities across theservice ensuring that learning is collated and shared to drive continuousimprovement. You will workcollaboratively with:
1. Risk and Assurancedepartment to ensure regulatory and compliance issues are addressed in services and that quality systems are in place
2. Data and Performance Lead to ensure all performance indicators are met and data quality if high
3. Local Training and Practice Lead to ensure that learning feeds into training and staff competence assessments
4. National Involvement Lead and Double Impact Co-Production manager to monitor service user feedback themes
5. Management Team to embed clinical governance framework

Essential
16. Analytical and ability to interpret data
17. Proven experience in monitoring, auditing and improving quality of service
18. Experience of computerised systems including advanced knowledge of software applications, Inc. Microsoft Office in particular
19. Excellent administrative and organisational skills
20. Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating support to other team members and other teams
21. Experience of working within CQC registered services, and related standards of governance
22. Competencies in incident management processes, and feedback mechanisms.
23. Familiarity with internal and external standards and expectations
24. Customer focussed approach to both internal and external customers
25. Good organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
26. Excellent report writing skills
