From £40,000 to £42,000 Per Annum
We are looking for a Senior Nursery Manager to join our amazing team throughout Stirlingshire! As the Senior Nursery Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the daily operations of one of our settings, leading a team of dedicated early years professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and education. You will oversee all aspects of nursery management, including staff leadership and development, safeguarding compliance, budget oversight, and maintaining strong relationships with parents, carers, and external partners. Your role will also involve driving continuous improvement through ensuring health and safety standards are met, and preparing for successful inspections. At Thrive, we offer:

Essential Criteria:
You must hold a relevant SCQF Level 9 qualification in Childhood Practice (or equivalent) or be working towards one in line with SSSC registration requirements. You should also have at least two years’ experience in a leadership role with children aged 0-5 years, along with experience in leading high-quality early learning and childcare provision.
