Day Rate £150 - £220 We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our educational team on a Supply basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students' academic and personal development. Responsibilities * Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with curriculum standards and student needs * Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback * Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking * Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavioural notes * Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and share best practices * Support students' social and emotional well-being by promoting respectful behaviour and inclusivity * Organise extracurricular activities that complement academic learning * Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavioural concerns Requirements * Recognised teaching qualification relevant to the subject area or age group * Prior experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential for entry-level positions * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse classroom effectively * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate students * Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment * Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs * A valid DBS check or equivalent clearance prior to commencement of employment This role is ideal for enthusiastic educators committed to making a meaningful difference in students’ lives.
