Role
As a Telematics Operations Coordinator, your role will focus on two key aspects:
1. Inbound and outbound communications: Managing communication with policyholders and customers of HDD across various channels, both internally and externally. You will respond to inbound customer contacts and proactively contact customers in line with business rules.
2. Data Validation: Scrutinising the accuracy of data from telematics devices, analysing and acting on data validation checks generated by our system, diagnosing and resolving device or data issues, and working with internal and external parties to resolve or investigate issues or queries.
Core responsibilities include:
Communication responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inbound communications within SLAs via email, web-chat, social media, and voice.
* Proactively contact customers for device installation/return, driver feedback, or intervention, within SLAs.
Data Validation responsibilities:
* Complete daily system-driven data validation reports within SLAs.
* Identify, investigate, and resolve data validation issues.
General responsibilities:
* Act as a point of contact for daily questions from internal/external teams.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.
* Provide testing support for projects as needed.
* Build and maintain broad knowledge of operational processes and telematic devices.
Key performance indicators:
* Complete daily operational tasks within SLA times.
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and HDD customers.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of data, processes, and products in discussions.
* Apply analytical and critical thinking to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Skills & Experience required:
* A fast learner capable of working in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated.
* Strong analytical and data entry skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
* Flexible, able to manage multiple tasks.
* Experience in organizing and leading meetings, managing actions, and liaising with internal and external parties.
