Full-Time Teaching Assistant Needed - Immediate Start for the Whole Academic Year
Are you a Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children and have experience with Little Wandle phonic's scheme?
Monarch Education are the leading agency in the Solihull area and we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP for the entire academic year.
Position Details
* Role: Year 1 Teaching Assistant
* Location: Solihull
* Start Date: ASAP
* Duration: Full academic year
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:15am - 03:40pm
* Pay Rate: .89
Key Requirements
* Proven experience supporting children within KS1
* Confident knowledge on little Wandle phonic scheme
* Recent experience with special educational needs within an educational or care setting (within the last 2 years that you can reference)
* Ability to implement individualized support plans and behaviours management strategies
* Strong communication skills and patience
* Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff

* Adaptable and proactive in supporting varied needs
* Committed to creating an inclusive learning environment
* Any relevant qualification's related to education, childcare or SEND would be admirable
