We are looking for an experienced Business Support Manager with current SC clearance to join our client, a leading consultancy delivering services in highly secure and critical environments. In this role, you will provide vital operational support, ensuring safety, compliance, and regulatory standards are maintained while working closely with engineering teams to optimise building and facilities systems. Key Responsibilities Oversee and maintain safety, legal, and compliance-related activities in line with organisational and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with on-site engineering teams to develop, refine, and enforce operational protocols. Support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous operation of building and facilities alarm systems. Ensure systems are fully functional, reliable, and aligned with operational needs, providing critical support to business resilience. Essential Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with at least one of the following alarm systems: Trend, Vista, Schneider (EcoStruxure), Sauter Systems. Proven background working with alarm systems in large-scale or complex organisational environments. Strong ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a high-compliance setting. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Current SC clearance (mandatory).
