Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician – South Molton, Devon
Our clients are looking to employ a highly skilled technician to join their business which operates clean, modern and professional workshops and is the envy of many other operators.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete comprehensive and preventative maintenance, repairs and MOT preparation.
* Accurate fault diagnosis to ensure replacement parts are fitted correctly and warranty claims are in line with terms.
* Maximizing your productive time to ensure all KPI’s are achieved.
* Completing job cards and service sheets in a timely manner.
* Be able to work on own initiative.
* Carry out all work & repairs in a safe & timely manner exceeding DVLA standards.
* Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair.
Qualifications
As a Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician you will ideally have a NVQ3 in Mechanics and an HGV licence (not essential).
Hours of Work & Salary
Working Monday to Friday. Temping initially this role may become permanent for the right person. A competitive salary of between £43,000-£50,000 depending on experience and including call out.
