The Opportunity As a Commercial Manager – MRO, you’ll take full ownership of the commercial lifecycle — from bid and negotiation to contract execution and completion. Working at the forefront of aviation innovation, you’ll shape the commercial success of complex, high-value maintenance programmes that support customers who serve, protect and save lives. What You’ll Do * Lead the preparation of compelling quotations for maintenance activities. * Draft, negotiate, and manage robust commercial agreements. * Oversee contract delivery, ensuring compliance and performance excellence. * Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Production, Maintenance, Finance, and beyond. * Drive continuous improvement in commercial practices and reporting. About You You’re a sharp, detail-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of business and aviation. With proven commercial experience and a strong grasp of MRO operations, you know how to balance risk, value, and opportunity. Essential Requirements: * Degree in Business, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). * Solid background in commercial or contract management roles. * Deep understanding of MRO environments and Part 145/CAMO regulations. * Track record of leading successful negotiations and managing contract profitability. * Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a proactive mindset.
