MAIN PURPOSE & SCOPE OF THE JOB
As a results-driven and customer-focused In-Store Product Advisor, you are responsible for driving recommendation of the Optibac range in some of our top accounts in London, including but not limited to Planet Organic, Whole Foods Market and John Bell and Croyden.
Flexibility is essential at Wren Laboratories, with all teams working closely together to support and develop the ‘Optibac’ brand, so occasional additional support duties may be required in other areas of the business.
This role is primarily for weekends only, although occasional work during the week may be required.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILTIES

* Provide advice and recommend Optibac products to consumers in an in-store environment, delivering engaging and informative product demonstrations
* Actively engage customers to drive awareness, trial, and conversion, confidently communicating key product benefits
* Support the training of store staff, in store using marketing assets where appropriate to secure confident and compliant recommendation of Optibac products
* Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and colleagues to support brand advocacy and visibility
* Ensure Optibac products are correctly ranged, merchandised, priced, and displayed in line with brand and retailer standards
* Identify and feedback stock availability issues, competitor activity, and in-store insights to the sales team
* Efficiently manage own administration, including expenses, visit notes, and reporting on demo activity and outcomes
* Collect and communicate customer and staff feedback to support continuous improvement of in-store activity
* Manage free stock, marketing assets, and any agreed trade spend appropriately to drive the strongest commercial outcomes
* Deliver all in-store activity in line with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and health & safety standards
* Participate in trade and consumer shows, representing the Optibac brand in a professional and knowledgeable manner
* Support and communicate effectively with the London Sales Team and wider business as required
* Report directly to the UK Regional Manager
* Travel occasionally to the head office in Hampshire
* Act at all times as a positive brand ambassador for Optibac

KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Diploma, Advanced Diploma or relevant Degree in nutrition / nutritional therapy / naturopathy / complementary health / good knowledge in health and nutrition advantageous
* Applicants must live within the London Area
* Commercial acumen
* Track record of sales success is essential
* Experience of working in the natural products or Healthcare industry advantageous
* Experience of detailing to and training HCP’s is also advantageous
