This is a hands-on role managing day-to-day operations, inspections, maintenance, and resident communication while supporting overall portfolio performance on behalf of a professional property and investment company.
The perfect candidate will report to the company directors and will need to be organised, proactive, and confident; managing multiple sites, with the ability to build strong client relationships and maintain high service standards.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as an In House Property Manager:
* Managing the day-to-day operations of a mixed property portfolio
* Conducting regular inspections and producing detailed reports
* Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works
* Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders
* Ensuring full compliance with current property legislation and safety standards
* Supporting lettings activity including move-ins, renewals, and vacancies
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
* Experience in residential lettings or property management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Confident managing multiple properties and priorities
* Knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements
* Ability to coordinate maintenance and manage contractors
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
* Professional qualifications (e.g. ARLA/Propertymark) or working towards desirable
