As a Development Manager, you'd be involved with some of London's most high-profile mixed-use developments. Projects within these regeneration schemes include residential, office, build to rent, co-living and education buildings. Everything will be designed with the principles of sustainability, community and longevity. You’ll be proud of the buildings you bring to fruition.
The Development Manager will run projects from appraisal through to completion. For the appraisals, they will be supported by analysts and a senior member of the development team.
