Ivanti is seeking a skilled professional to serve as the technical owner of our Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform, located in the United Kingdom. This role involves leading configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting while ensuring smooth operations of internal processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and provide level 3 support for the platform.
The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in platform configuration, strong scripting abilities, and a foundational understanding of Python. A hybrid working model is offered.
