Role: 1:1 Behaviour Support Assistant Location: Durham and surrounding areas Pay: £85–£100 per day Contract: Full-time, long-term Not every pupil finds school easy. Some need a trusted adult by their side to help them navigate the day. That’s where you come in. We’re recruiting Behaviour Support Assistants to work 1:1 in SEN schools supporting pupils with complex behavioural needs. These schools are calm, well-led, and value their support staff properly.
