Agile Delivery, Scrum and Coaching - Consultant/Senior Consultant - Digital Excellence

YOUR ROLE
You will be joining our Agile Delivery, Scrum, and Coaching capability as part of the Digital Factories Tribe within the Business Technology unit. You will be part of a growing community of technology professionals focused on user-centred design, critical thinking, and the creation of digital services and products. As a Management Consultant specializing in Agile Delivery and Coaching, you will help deliver transformational programmes, foster collaboration, and champion agile practices. This role encompasses key responsibilities from the Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach positions.
* Agile Product Delivery: Lead and manage product delivery using agile frameworks and techniques, aligning with Agile values.
* Assess Agile Maturity: Guide teams and organisations to higher maturity levels while promoting Scrum values.
* Team Leadership and Empowerment: Lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture based on Scrum values and Agile principles.
* Matrix-management: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams with transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
* Scrum Master Responsibilities: Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices, support blockers and impediments, promote Scrum values.
* Agile Coaching: Run Agile workshops, instill a culture of continuous improvement, and coach senior management for top-down adoption of best practices.
* Delivery Management: Manage scope from inception to closure, align with client expectations and Agile values; coordinate resources and milestones.
* Communication and Collaboration: Improve transparency and information flow; build a network with other Agile coaches and champions across the organisation.
* Driving Cultural Change: Champion an agile mindset within client organisations and embody Scrum values.
* Learning and Development: Facilitate coaching and development for individuals and teams; stay current with industry trends.
* Business and Practice Development: Contribute to growth through proposals, thought leadership, and internal initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
* Proven experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in teams applying Agile principles; open to candidates from all sectors.
* Experience delivering multi-disciplinary products and working in cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple teams and seniority levels.
* Familiarity with Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro).
* Ability to coach teams and individuals, knowing when to lead from the front and when to enable self-management.
