We are looking for a resilient and enthusiastic individual to join our team delivering intensive housing management to single homeless and couples based at St Bedes House in Gateshead.
Responsibilities
* Deliver intensive housing management focused on tenancy sustainment, risk management and ensuring occupancy agreements are understood and upheld.
* Work closely with clients from the point of move-in to move-out to permanent accommodation.
* Monitor and manage tenancy risk.
* Carry out regular property checks.
* Liaise with partner agencies to ensure successful sustainment of tenancy.
Qualifications
* Good standard of general education, preferably with a relevant professional qualification.
* Demonstrable experience of working in a housing related support service.
* Experience of delivering intensive housing management.
* Demonstrable experience of safeguarding practice.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Advanced IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages.
Additional Requirements
* Will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
* You may be required to drive for business; if so you must hold a current and valid driving licence.
