* Dealer 1 – £31,285 (inclusive of Key Property Payment) + Tips
* Dealer 2 – £33,864 (inclusive of Key Property Payment) + Tips
* Dealer 3 – £36,859 (inclusive of Key Property Payment) + Tips
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an Experienced Casino Dealer to join us, delivering exceptional service while dealing Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker, and more. You’ll run games with accuracy and energy, guide players, and create a fun, professional atmosphere. Flexibility for shifts in a 24/7 environment is essential, along with strong communication and composure under pressure.
Main Responsibilities
* All dealers must be skilled in executing Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker, and, with further training where required, Texas Hold’em Poker and Punto Banco.
* Through training and development be able to take on multiple dealing and gaming roles throughout the venue as required by management.
* Provide all customers, guests and visitors with the highest level of customer service to ensure that the unique Metropolitan Gaming experience is always achieved.
* Maintain control of the game when dealing.
* Shuffle the cards, spin the wheel, deal the cards, calculate and pay winning bets, convert cash into house chips and take losing bets.
* Change chip colours for the players as well as answer questions and provide guidance on the rules of the game.
* In addition to the traditional dealer responsibilities, provide entertainment and hospitality to customers; the quality of a dealer’s customer service contributes to the venues’ and company’s success.
* Maintain an outgoing personality and composure in a variety of situations, some challenging.
* Comply with all relevant legislation, especially Safer Gaming and Anti‑Money Laundering requirements. Undertake regular associated training and raise concerns with line managers on duty.
* Work evenings, weekends and 24/7 shifts; spend the majority of your shift on your feet working directly with the public.
Who You Are
* Hold a valid PFL licence.
* Have completed a table gaming training school.
* Can deal a minimum of three table games.
* Agree to deal on our live online gaming tables.
* Experience of Punto Banco and Heads Up Hold’em is viewed favourably.
* Customer service focused.
* Fully flexible – nights and shift work essential.
