Key Working Relationships
You Will Work Closely With
* Group Clinical Lead ensuring clinical quality, compliance, and governance.
* Associate Director of Patient Safety & Associate Director of Quality- ensuring safe, effective patient care and high standards in line with regulatory requirements
* Business Manager partnering to improve operations, efficiency, and service delivery.
* Regional Network Operations Manager to ensure alignment with operational and strategic priorities within the southern practices.
* A wider supportive MDT and organisational network dedicated to innovation and clinical excellence.
Essential Knowledge, Training & Experience (Person Specification)
* GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List (no restrictions).
* Experienced GP with a genuine interest in clinical leadership and service improvement.
* Evidence of continued professional development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong commitment to audit, governance, safety and quality.
* Ability to build supportive, positive working relationships.
* Embraces change and contributes positively to team dynamics.
* Committed to the values and vision of OneMedicare.
* High standard of clinical accuracy, reliability and attention to detail.
* Strong digital and clinical system literacy.
