The Role:
As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales growth across a portfolio of stores by leading from the front, motivating your teams, and creating a culture of energy, accountability, and results. Your ability to connect with people at all levels-from the sales floor to the boardroom-will be critical to your success.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Driving top-line sales growth across all sites in your region
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Store Managers and in-store teams
* Supporting stores to deliver world-class service and commercial performance
* Leading from the front and embedding a high-performance culture
* Ensuring operational standards are maintained while focusing on profitability
* Influencing and implementing regional and national business initiatives
About You:
* An experienced Regional Manager or senior multi-site leader from a sales-focused retail background
* Strong experience in big-ticket retail-ideally furniture, flooring, or home improvement
* Passionate about building relationships and bringing out the best in your people
* A natural leader with a hands-on approach and the ability to influence at all levels
* Highly commercial, target-driven, and motivated by results
