Today, it employs over 2,000 dedicated team members who all play a vital role in Toyota's continued success. The plant consists of five manufacturing shops—Press, Body, Paint, Plastics, and Assembly—each offering its own engineering challenges, from precision stamping to final vehicle build. About the role Being a Maintenance Technician at Toyota is about more than just fixing machines — you'll be at the heart of production, ensuring smooth operation and driving efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out PPM to minimise downtime Fault finding using various methods, including PLC diagnostics Improving machine reliability through proactive maintenance Supporting CI and project-based improvement work About you To thrive in this environment, you'll be proactive, solutions-driven, and committed to doing the job right first time. Multiskilled with mechanical or electrical bias Already working as a maintenance technician in a factory environment.
