Salary Range: £25.5k-27k dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Production Assistant & Researcher who thrives on detail, organisation, and uncovering the right people and information to bring projects to life & keeping production moving seamlessly from prep to delivery.
You’ll deliver TVCs, support in casting, background research, logistics, and day‑to‑day coordination with energy and precision. You understand how to balance creative needs with practical realities ensuring every shoot, schedule, and contributor runs smoothly, on time, and to brief.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research & Development
* Conduct background research for projects, stories, talent, and contributors.
* Verify facts, check sources, and ensure information accuracy.
* Prepare research summaries and supporting materials for producers.
Production Support
* Assist with pre‑production planning, scheduling, and coordination.
* Support the production team during filming or recording including logistics, releases, and call sheets.
* Book travel, locations, and equipment as required.
* Liaise with contributors, freelancers, and suppliers.
* Track production progress and help ensure deadlines are met.
* Deliver & traffic TVCs to stations to ensure they are delivered on time.
Administrative & Logistical Duties
* Maintain organised production files, records, and documentation.
* Make sure production spend is up to date & in budget.
* Prepare meeting notes, production updates, and communications for internal circulation.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
* At least 1–2 years of experience in a production, media, or creative environment.
* Strong research and organisational abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
* Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
* Strong interpersonal skills and team‑oriented approach.
