Residential Property Solicitor- 5+ PQE
Location : Cobham (office-based)
Salary : £35,000 - £60,000, dependent on experience
Contract : Full-Time, Permanent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a highly regarded and long-established law firm in Surrey. Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full range of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Advising and supporting clients effectively, ensuring exceptional levels of service.
* Liaising with third parties such as Land Registry, estate agents, and other solicitors.
* Preparing and reviewing legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintaining effective file management and ensuring compliance with SRA regulations.
* Undertaking billing, time recording, and credit control procedures in line with firm policies.
* Supporting business development initiatives and building strong professional networks to enhance the firm’s profile.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Residential Property.
* Strong technical expertise across a variety of conveyancing matters.
* Ability to independently manage a caseload from instruction through to completion.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and client care skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
* Business development experience and a proactive approach to contributing to the team’s success.
