Job Description
The Honeywell Aerospace EMEAI Operations Excellence Leader is responsible for the execution of the Management Operating System (MOS) and the key leader responsible for driving metrics attainment and continuous improvement for EMEAI ISC Operations. Scope of responsibilities include MOS execution to drive output growth and Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Costs (SQDIC) attainment, developing and driving continuous improvement initiatives across sites/functions, supporting strategic transformation initiatives, and improvement and deployment of digitization and process automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive daily Tier 5 meetings focused on factory execution of SQDIC and output attainment.
* Deploy digitized reporting structure to track KPIs, leading and lagging indicators for SQDIC.
* Develop insights and lead efforts to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support planning, functional and strategic transformation activity including portfolio management transformation and execution.
* Partner with cross functional groups to develop and execute an EMEAI ISC process automation roadmap.
* Partner with ISC Customer Operations to drive improvement in information quality and customer delivery plan fidelity.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team in a highly matrixed environment.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a fast-moving environment.
* Strong affinity and demonstrated experience in process excellence and process automation.
* Language: Proficient English is a must; other languages desirable.
