Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our nursery team and create a nurturing environment for children. Duties
* Oversee daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in childcare.
* Lead, mentor, and support nursery staff in delivering high-quality early childhood education.
* Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that promote children's learning and development.
* Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on children's progress and addressing any concerns.
* Manage nursery resources, including budgeting, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and stimulating environment.
* Conduct regular assessments of children's development, planning activities that cater to their individual needs.
* Foster a positive team culture through regular meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Experience
* Proven experience in a management role within a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
* Strong background in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable.
* Experience working directly with children, demonstrating an understanding of their developmental needs.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with staff, parents, and children.
* A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation as needed for nursery activities or outings.
