We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef / Chef de Partie who can perform their duties effectively. The required skills and knowledge include:
* Passion and love for food
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* High personal hygiene and presentation standards
* Strong team and organizational skills
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
* Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Main Responsibilities
* Ensuring all customers have a good dining experience every day
* Knowledge of all kitchen areas, especially your section, and understanding of Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Fire Safety regulations
* Ensuring the smooth running of your section
* Helping to achieve financial targets related to wastage, costs, and stock control, as set by the Head Chef
You should have a passion for cooking fresh food supplied by artisan suppliers and enjoy working in a busy environment with a great team.
