Sales Coordinator – Location: Tamworth | Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per year, plus 20% commission
Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively in a Sales Coordination team to process orders.
* Proactively follow up on customer quotes and orders.
* Provide outstanding customer service to enhance customer retention.
* Conduct business-to-business calls to customers who have requested quotes.
* Actively engage with your team and contribute to a positive work environment.
* Confidently handle phone calls and communicate effectively with customers.
* Efficiently process orders using the company's internal system.

* Office-based role in Tamworth.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday.
