Key Responsibilities:
As an Admin & Warehouse Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse and the accuracy of stock records. Your main duties will include:
Printing and applying product and shipping labels to ensure orders are packed correctly
Keeping warehouse records up to date using Google Sheets or Excel - including batch codes, stock movements and traceability logs
Monitoring batch numbers and maintaining clear records for full product traceability
Supporting the warehouse team with light manual tasks such as unloading and loading deliveries, stock checking and organising shelves (approximately 25% of your time)
Working closely with the production and shipping teams to coordinate stock flow and avoid delays
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work area and contributing to a safe working environment
Following company processes and procedures carefully to help maintain high standards
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
Organised and Detail-Oriented: You take pride in accurate work and spotting small errors
Computer Confident: You're comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel and can pick up new systems quickly
Hands-On: You don't mind rolling up your sleeves and helping out with light warehouse work when needed
Dependable: You're reliable, punctual and understand the importance of being part of a team
Communicative: You have good spoken and written communication skills and can follow instructions and processes carefully
Experienced: Previous admin or warehouse experience is a bonus but not essential - the right attitude is just as important
