This is a vital role in ensuring that exams are conducted in accordance with regulations and that students have a calm, supportive environment during this important time. The Role As an Exams Invigilator, you will: Prepare examination rooms, ensuring correct layout and equipment. Admit candidates in an orderly manner and ensure seating plans are followed. Distribute exam papers and check candidates have the correct materials. Supervise students during exams, maintaining a quiet and focused atmosphere. Report any irregularities or misconduct to the Exams Officer. Collect and organise exam papers at the end of sessions for secure dispatch. Full training will be provided. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who: Are educated to GCSE level (including English and Maths) or equivalent. Can work effectively as part of a team and remain calm under pressure. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Are reliable, punctual, and flexible. Demonstrate commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Are willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check. Experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
