Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced retail company, is currently seeking two Returns Administrators to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately 4 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
We have 2 roles available. The working hours will be either 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, or a rotating shift pattern.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
* Ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed and filed correctly—attention to detail is essential.
* Working closely with the customer service team to resolve issues or queries.
* Utilising your PC skills to navigate various systems and software.
What you'll need:
* Proficiency in working with computers and software.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
