We’re looking for part-time Support Workers (up to 15 hours per week) to empower adults with learning disabilities and autism in a supported living environment. No experience? No problem, full training provided!
Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping people live life their way. You’ll provide emotional and practical support, empowering individuals to achieve independence and develop life skills. No experience is required—just a genuine commitment to making a difference. If you enjoy variety, this is the perfect role for you, as no two days are ever the same.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Social care experience desirable, not essential
* Committed to empowering people
* Work closely with families and agencies
* Stay calm and take responsibility in challenging situations
* Flexible for weekdays, weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and sleep-ins
* Independent yet team-oriented; provide one-to-one support
* Full UK manual driving licence required

As a Support Worker with Partners in Support, you have the flexibility to increase your earnings with sleep in duties and overtime. With these opportunities, Support Workers earn on average* of £32,000 per year, with the potential to boost your salary even further.
