Join our passionate team at M&D Care as a Caretaker in our specialist residential service in Ammanford and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults and the quality of their environment. At M&D Care, we support individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, and neurodevelopmental conditions across South and West Wales. We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Caretaker to help us maintain high standards in one of our specialist care homes. Your work will directly contribute to the comfort and well-being of those we support, helping create a safe space where people can truly thrive.
