The O pportunity
As a Bid Manager within Worldline UK you will be the key link between the Worldline Sales leads and the business. You will be responsible for all elements of driving the bid forwards; orchestrating the bid team towards a successful client response. You will be responsible for a wide variety of solution focused bids ranging from traditional software development style client responses to leading edge Payments solution proposals.
This is a very fast paced environment to work in so we are looking to hear from individuals who are able to manage their own and the bid team’s time effectively to ensure deadlines are met. You will have the confidence to deal with challenging situations in order to meet the tight bid response timelines.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Responsible for a range of bids within the group that are often single service lines in accordance with company procedures
2. The responsibility of the final production of the proposal in cooperation with delivery, legal, finance and sales departments
3. Co-ordinate and manage resources required to respond to business opportunities in order to ensure that proposals and contracts are in line with Worldline strategy and capabilities and also meets the customers’ expectations and requirements
4. The responsibility for the bid project plan and implementation, budget, processes, risk management & mitigation strategy, and all quality aspects concerning the bid preparation process
5. Maintenance of our extensive Bid library and addition of new material as appropriate
6. Support the migration of existing bid collateral to new Bid Management tool
