We are seeking an experienced Concession Manager for a prestigious luxury British brand to lead the Harrods business, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
* Drive sales performance and exceed business targets.
* Deliver impeccable, personalised customer service that reflects our luxury brand values.
* Build strong relationships with host store partners and stakeholders.
* Oversee stock management, loss prevention, and day-to-day operations.
* Ensure exceptional standards of visual presentation, compliance, health & safety, and store administration.
* Use data and commercial insight to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Qualifications
* Are you a passionate retail leader with a flair for luxury customer service and a proven track record of driving sales?
* Minimum 2 years’ management or supervisory experience in luxury retail, premium retail, or a customer‑focused service environment.
* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
* Excellent commercial awareness and operational expertise.
* Outstanding communication, organisational, and customer service abilities.
* Professional, polished, and confident under pressure.
Desirable
* Experience with high‑value or bespoke sales.
* Additional language skills, particularly Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, or European languages.
