Stand Strong Fencing is expanding across six territories in one of the hottest home improvement markets in the country. We’re looking for driven sales professionals who want to be part of a fast-growing business, earn top commissions, and build lasting client relationships. What You’ll Do Meet with homeowners and property managers to provide consultative sales appointments, deliver accurate estimates, and present proposals with confidence. Tap into company-provided leads and build your own pipeline through B2B networking. Develop expertise in our products, installation processes, and competitive landscape to guide clients through the decision-making process. Use the Rilla AI ride-along app for sales coaching and process improvement. Leverage our FenceFlow Visualizer virtual reality software to help customers preview their fence design in their own yard before installation. Create and maintain records, sales reports, and follow-up documentation to ensure client needs are tracked and met. Partner with install team leaders to understand project requirements and align customer expectations. Stay on top of industry trends and local market developments to identify new opportunities. Conduct door-to-door outreach and place door hangers on adjacent homes at every appointment and installation. What We’re Looking For 4–6 years of sales experience preferred. Proven ability to close sales, hit targets, and manage a pipeline with discipline. B2B sales or partnership-building experience is a strong plus. Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback — thrives in a fast-changing, growing franchise environment. Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems, smartphones, and new tools. Polished, professional, and customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills. Independent and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills to plan and prioritize appointments. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Comfortable working outdoors, driving across the territory, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs. Compensation & Benefits Earning Potential: $50,000–$100,000 annually, with six-figure potential for top performers.
