We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Housing Officer with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent housing services.
As a Housing Officer, you will treat customers with respect, take pride in your work, and be proactive in resolving issues.

DUTIES
Your responsibilities will include:
* Taking ownership of lettings, voids, and tenancy management with care and attention
* Collaborating with local services to ensure residents receive appropriate support
* Handling anti-social behaviour confidently and fairly, always acting with integrity
* Maintaining accurate records and following up on actions diligently
* Listening to residents and responding promptly to concerns
* Supporting inspections, audits, and service charge processes to ensure safety and compliance
* Representing the organisation at meetings, forums, and court when necessary

You’ll also need
* Maths and English GCSEs (A*-C or equivalent)
* Experience in a similar role within housing, social care, or customer service
* Confidence in using IT systems and maintaining accurate records
