This role requires a professional individual who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and who ideally has experience of the legal or insurance sectors. As someone who thrives on doing a good job you will be well organised, have excellent attention to detail, enjoy relationship building and who has a pragmatic approach to problem solving. This role offers hybrid working and requires 2 days a week in the office (3 from home) and will be part of a very successful and supportive team. This is not a heavy debt collecting credit control role this is a position that requires good investigative skills in order to understand why the invoice has not been paid, rectify the issues and follow the processes through to payment.
