Position - Account Manager / Co-Ordinator
Reports To Export Sales Team Leader
Location Swindon UK (3 in 2 home hybrid after probation)
Salary - £27 - 29K + 4K bonus
Role Summary
Due to an internal promotion this Inside Sales role has become available with a growing and innovative company. The role will require a successful candidate that can deliver on all administrative & customer service functions (including order / quotation processing), essential to the running of the internal sales operations. The role will include pro-actively creating, developing & converting opportunities to deliver sales growth from our existing Tier 4 accounts, coupled with managing new customer enquiries. Core KPIs based on Sales Growth & Customer Service.
Main Duties
• Supply formal quotations as needed promptly & accurately.
• Process customer orders, review contracts & PO acknowledgements.
• Exceed monthly performance indicators, including sales, margins & quote conversion.
• Pro-actively develop existing customer accounts & maximise new business opportunities.
• Maximise supply chain opportunities to benefit customers & margins.
• Evaluate the competitors & promote our competitive advantages.
• Maintain customer records in the CRM.
• Embrace & leverage the company’s continuous improvement culture & support a positive working culture.
• Provide competitive leading technical support to customers. Key Skills

The role would suit an outgoing team player ideally with at least 18 months of sales experience. This company is looking for someone who makes an impact and actively wants to promote great talent. Key candidate competencies must include great listening skills and the desire to learn as the first 3 months will be essential.
