With a bootstrapped model and agile culture, they’re powered by sharp thinking, fast execution, and a clear mission. Now expanding into new international markets, they’re hiring a results-driven marketer to lead tactical campaign success and boost profitable growth across paid channels.
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will run key acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, working alongside the CEO, CRM, and design teams to hit and exceed growth targets.
Role Highlights
– Deliver performance campaigns across core channels, optimising for CAC and ROAS
– Execute structured testing for creative and audience strategies
– Monitor spend vs. forecast to ensure sustainable growth
– Collaborate with CRM and UX to align acquisition and retention
– Input into landing page optimisation and conversion improvements
You Will Need
– 3–6 years’ experience in D2C paid social or performance marketing
– Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and creative testing
– Strong data skills in attribution, analytics tools, and forecasting
– Ability to balance strategic goals with hands-on campaign delivery
– Fast-paced, proactive working style
