What You’ll Do
10. Lead, coach, and manage a team of field engineers across multiple sites
11. Ensure safety, compliance, and outstanding service at all times
12. Support and supervise performance to meet operational KPIs and customer expectations
13. Build strong customer relationships and manage on‑site issues or complaints
14. Monitor budget performance, control costs, and identify efficiency improvements
15. Coordinate call‑out rotas, equipment, fleet use, and engineer schedules
16. Identify training needs, onboard new engineers, and support succession planning
17. Act as a key support to the Service Delivery Manager when required
What We’re Looking For
18. Previous experience in the fire suppression industry is essential
19. Ability to frequently visit sites each week is essential
20. Proven experience managing teams in a field‑based engineering environment
21. Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
22. Excellent planning, multitasking, and communication abilities
23. A proactive, solution‑focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
24. Confidence managing safety protocols, audits, and compliance requirements
25. Ability to work cross‑functionally and build strong stakeholder relationships
