Responsibilities and Duties
* Coordinating daily and weekly rostas for health care assistants with clients
* Assigning health care assistants with clients based on suitability, location, and availability
* Managing changes to schedules due to sick leave, holidays, or emergencies
* Building strong working relationships with health care assistants to support consistent rosters
* Communicating with clients and families to manage expectations and resolve queries
* Monitoring health care assistants' visits using scheduling software
* Working with supervisors and managers to align client and carer needs
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to wider office operations
Key skills
* Experience in a similar role and a background in care ideal.
* Knowledge of Rostering/Monitoring Systems
* An open approach to problem solving
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Excellent organisational skills
* IT Literacy
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Ability to Work to Strict Deadlines
* Ability to Work Well Within a Team and on own initiative
