Working with a well-established engineering company who are on the lookout for a Field Service Engineer to join their growing team based in Bristol.
This is a multi-purpose mobile (van and site based) role, involving travelling to customers sites anywhere in the UK (and occasionally but rarely outside of the UK) then delivering, installing, maintaining/servicing, de-installing, commissioning or rectifying conveyor systems.
Key Responsibilities – Field Service Engineer
1. Following all client site and health and safety procedures at all times and showing great care towards team members and customers
2. Adhering to method statements and risk assessments whenever onsite
3. Correctly using all PPE equipment and clothing provided
4. Delivery of goods / arrival on site on time and when agreed
5. Working closely with clients and their subcontractors ensuring their satisfaction at all times
6. Problem solving on site and using own initiative to resolve queries with customers direct
7. Providing accurate reports to line management using company procedures on completion of each assignment
